Purchased a 2016 Ford Flex in November 2025. Liked not having any pressure to purchase. Ted was like, take a test drive for as long as you want. Jaime got me into my new whip in 30 minutes with minimal paperwork and NO bogus dealership sales fees. Believe I got a very good deal!

I really don’t do this review stuff unless it’s either really great experience or absolutely terrible. I was on the search for a QX80 to gift to my wife, we went to go see multiple trucks at different dealerships and it was an absolute headache! Either the trucks were all beat up, they try to scam you with all these hidden fees!! Or the had major oil leaks, transmission issues ect! So i found this one at Elite Car Outlet and said to myself, this is the last one we are looking at and so we went right before they closed to check it out and Jaime the sales rep gave us the keys and told us to check it out. We then checked it all out and it seemed good but wasn’t able to fully see it good since there was no more daylight. So we talked numbers and all and we set up an appointment for the following day. We got there the next day we then went over the truck, drove it and well it all checked out and of course the wife loved it! So we got the deal done very quickly hassle free and with NO HIDDING FEES or any other dumb charges all these other dealers were hitting us with. This has by far been the best experience I’ve had in buying a car from a dealership and trust me I’ve tried them all from, small dealers, big dealers, exotic dealers ect, all the guys there are super down to earth. I will make sure i refer you guys in the future. Again, thank you JAIME and team! Wifey loves her new truck! So happy wife happy life! 😂

I used a car search website; all the ones I liked were at Elite Car Outlet. My kids and I went to "look". Jaime was fabulous, no pressure, very knowledgeable, and very calming and patient. He gave me the keys to check the car out and take a test drive. I paid for the car and filled out the paperwork which took very little time and drove my new car home. Jamie and the staff even said to call back if I had questions. I did, and Jaime answered it right away. I really felt cared for with Jaime. He deserves 10 stars!

* Editing first review. I bought the van Feb 29th and the transmission went out May 25th. Not even 3 months later and now I’m without a vehicle again. Awesome* I showed up on a random Tuesday to look at the vehicles and Ted helped me. He was very honest with me and helped me with a van in my budget. They were very friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable. So far so good with the van! Thanks Ted!

Very nice people, no pressure to purchase a vehicle. They allowed me to take my time while I checked out several cars. No issues with allowing me to go out for a test drive. I ended up with a very lovely 2003 BMW. The car looked great on the outside, but it did require a bit of mechanical work after I took it to a mechanic who specializes in older BMWs. The cars are a low price usually for a reason. If your willing to put in a little extra on repairs, you could end up with a good car.
